iOS Installation Guide
Follow these steps to install eSIM on your iPhone or iPad
Step 1: Purchase and receive your eSIM
After purchasing an eSIM plan, you will receive an email containing a QR code and activation code. Make sure you have access to this email on a device that can display the QR code (you can use the same device or a different one).
Step 2: Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
Open the Settings app on your iOS device. Make sure you have a Wi-Fi connection or are using your current mobile data to complete the installation.
Step 3: Navigate to Cellular settings
Tap "Cellular" (or "Mobile Data" in some regions). You should see your current cellular plans listed here.
Step 4: Add Cellular Plan
Tap "Add Cellular Plan" or "Add eSIM". Your device will open the camera to scan the QR code.
Step 5: Scan the QR code
Point your device camera at the QR code from your email. Make sure the QR code is clearly visible and well-lit. The device should automatically detect and process the QR code. Alternatively, you can tap "Enter Details Manually" and enter the activation code provided in your email.
Step 6: Configure your eSIM
Follow the on-screen prompts to: Label your eSIM plan (e.g., "Travel Data" or "Europe eSIM"). Choose which line to use for cellular data. Choose which line to use for calls (you can use your primary number or the eSIM). Choose which line to use for iMessage and FaceTime.
Step 7: Complete setup
Once configured, your eSIM will be installed and ready to use. You can enable or disable it anytime in Settings > Cellular. Make sure the eSIM is enabled and set as your default data line if you want to use it immediately.
