To check your data usage:
For iOS: Go to Settings > Cellular, scroll down to see data usage for each eSIM plan.
For Android: Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Data usage, and select your eSIM to view usage.
Some eSIMs may also send usage notifications via SMS.
